1 General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 130pub ("the Platform"). By accessing the 130pub website, creating an account, or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 130pub support immediately. 130pub is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

130pub uses SSL encryption on all sessions and OTP verification for sensitive account actions. These security measures are applied automatically — you do not need to activate them separately. You are responsible for ensuring that any device you use to access 130pub is kept secure and does not have malicious software installed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All account transactions at 130pub are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No other currency is accepted for deposits or withdrawals. Deposits are processed through supported Philippine payment channels including online banking and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

Deposited funds are available for use immediately after a transaction is confirmed. 130pub does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may have its own transaction charges for which 130pub is not responsible.

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. 130pub may request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not previously completed full KYC. • All transactions are in PHP. No cryptocurrency or credit card deposits are accepted.
• Funds deposited may only be withdrawn to the same payment source used for the deposit, where applicable.
• 130pub reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending verification of the account.

5 Gameplay, Bets, and Results

All bets placed on 130pub are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. For live sports betting, bets are accepted up to the point defined by the specific market — any bets placed after that cut-off may be voided.

Digital game outcomes — including slot games, fish games, and RNG-based table games — are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. No strategy, system, or pattern of play can reliably predict or influence game outcomes. Results are independent on every spin, hand, or game round.

Live casino game results are determined by the real-time actions of live dealers and physical game equipment — cards, roulette wheels, or dice — visible via live stream. Any technical disconnection on the player's side during a live game does not entitle the player to a refund of the bet already placed.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, 130pub will investigate the incident. If a malfunction is confirmed to have materially affected the outcome, the affected round may be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's balance. 130pub's decision in such cases is final.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

130pub may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, or other incentives to players from time to time. Each offer will be accompanied by its own specific terms, including any eligibility criteria and applicable conditions, communicated at the time the offer is made available.

Players must meet all eligibility criteria before a bonus is credited or a promotional offer is applied. 130pub reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, and to reclaim bonus funds credited in error or obtained through misuse of the promotional system.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using irregular betting patterns to meet conditions — may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and suspension of your account. 130pub does not guarantee specific bonus percentages, amounts, or expiry periods beyond what is stated in each individual offer's terms.

7 Responsible Gaming

130pub takes its responsibility toward player welfare seriously. Gaming at 130pub is intended as entertainment. It should never be used as a means to earn income, recover financial losses, or deal with personal problems.

10 Limitation of Liability

130pub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, technical faults outside of 130pub's reasonable control, connectivity issues on the player's side, or delays in payment processing by third-party financial institutions.

130pub does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
